Tor Erik Andreassen

Chairman of the Board

Tor Erik has a MSc in Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering. He has more than 20 years’ experience within marine insurance and has e.g. held top management positions in Skuld and Nordisk Defence Club. He furthermore has 12 years management experience from various sectors of the shipping and offshore industry. Tor Erik is the Chairman of Hydor AS and also holds board positions in other companies.

Bianca te Poele

Secretary of the Board

Bianca te Poele studied International Business and Languages at the Rotterdam Business School. After starting her first job in international shipping at the operations department of a Dutch shipowner, she obtained her degree in English Maritime Law at the London Metropolitan University and became a claims handler at RaetsMarine Insurance in 2003.

Ten years later she moved to the Client Services Desk where she was responsible for risk management and loss prevention. Currently Bianca holds the position of Lead Class Underwriter Charterer’s Liability at MS Amlin Marine NV

Dirk-Pieter Kruysifix

Director of the Board

With a family back ground in brown water ,shipping, ships were never far away when growing up. The interest for the 'marine adventure' therefore arose at an early age and lead to a graduation in Maritime Management at the Rotterdam university of applied sciences.

Dirk Pieter Kruysifix joined RaetsMarine in 2002 specialising in P&I for brown and blue water tonnage. Today he is responsible for the global P&I proposition of MS Amlin Marine.

Liv Irene Loland

Secretary

Liv Irene as more than 15 years experience from Offshore Oil & Gas , Offshore Construction working as a Commercial manger / Chartering Manager and Business Developments manager.

For the past 6 years Liv Irene has worked with Hydor on the underwriting side within Energy , Marine H&M and P&I . She has been responsible for building up the Scandinavian Upstream Oil & Gas portfolio (offshore construction, subsea development, renewables and offshore marine assets) and also been responsible for the Marketing and underwriting in the Middle East market building up the P&I portfolio in the MENA region.
